I was inspired to create this blog by my circle of friends and family who, through necessity or circumstance, have fearlessly reinvented themselves in the second half of life.

Breakers
Its been awhile since I have updated this blog...shame on me. This is a recently completed painting "Breaker"
Oil on canvas 30 x 40. Loved painting it. Not something we get to see on Lake Winnipesaukee!

Working Class America..The Layer Beneath-BOB
I live in a lakefront resort community, surrounded by expensive properties and wealth both old and new. This painting of Bob is the first in as series of paintings of the working class in my community and beyond. The layer beneath that supports the wants and needs of the wealthy. This is Bob, hard working rugged carpenter.
Strong. Gentle.
